To provide the best care for every client, we ask that you review the following appointment and cancellation guidelines before booking.
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. When you book, please share any information we need to prepare for your visit.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session so we can stay on schedule for the clients who follow. The full appointment fee may still apply.
We require at least 6 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 6 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
For group appointments, each participant is booked as a separate appointment.
Cancelling one appointment does not automatically cancel the other participants' appointments. Each participant must cancel their own appointment using the cancellation link provided in their confirmation email, or by contacting the clinic directly.
